Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
- We aim to make every transaction a pleasant, convenient and care-free shopping experience.
- We do not refund or exchange goods if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
- Exchanges and refunds can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the product purchased.
- Refunds are at the discretion of Southern Coast Distillers and must be requested within 30 Days.
Damaged Goods on Delivery
- It is the customer's responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if packaging is damaged.
- NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company and Southern Coast Distillers.
In the Event of a Return
We ask that you note the following:
- The product must be un-opened and in its original packaging.
- Before returning an item, please email Southern Caost Distillers to receive a Return Authorisation number.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier to us.
- Special promotional items that are not defective can not be returned for any reason. We remind our customers to choose products carefully before placing your order.
- All returns must have a Return Authorisation number and proof of purchase receipt.
- We will credit the card used at time of purchase via our merchant facility. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
